Three 90 minute in person prenatal meetings

Available for support via phone or text throughout pregnancy.
On call from 37 weeks until birth and will provide continuous support during active labor and birth. will remain for approximately 1–2 hours after birth to assist with immediate recovery and bonding.
Three postpartum visits.

Individual prenatal $295

One complimentary consultation. (By phone or virtual)
One 90 minute prenatal meeting done at any point in pregnancy, includes going over the stages of labor and what to expect, breathing and pain relief techniques as well as labor positions.
Custom birth plan.
